Members and Friends of Green Cross

Dear Friend:

The purpose of this message is to inform you that the Green Cross may be forced to go on hiatus if we are unable to raise $20,000 shortly. We find ourselves in this situation for rather ironic reasons: the lack of catastrophes. Like the Red Cross, the major period of fund raising is in the wake of a disaster.

In order to remain viable and able to deploy in response to requests for services, we must have at least $20,000 in the bank. We are hunting for 20 Green Cross Angels who can donate at least $1000 toward this campaign to reach our $20K. This is why we are calling this 2008 Campaign 20-4-20.
